La’Chelle Bronson is a native of Georgia. Professionally sheis a District Staff Manager/Regional Recruiter. La'Chelle currently holds the title for Miss Petite USA 2022. She has a strong experience in leading professional teams to serve the goals of clients and children through innovative solutions. She is extremely committed to community service and youth empowerment. As a seasoned business leader with 17 years of advanced market experience in financial services and dance instruction. She has proven to be a hands-on leader, who personally oversees the strategic direction and long-term growth of Jewel Dance Academy.

Coach La’Chelle is also a former Head Cheer Coach for Burdett Trojans, Fairburn Flames, and Bear Creek Middle School. She also finished her last season with Creekside High School Auxiliary squad in 2009, and continued to teach dance classes in the Atlanta areas.
